Alexander was born and raised in Maine and grew up mostly in the Winterport area. He’s lived in 15 different towns across the state and about half of the major cities. He has an intimate relationship with the nature of Maine and has experience climbing Katahdin, Cadillac, and Waldo mountains as well as a lot of time spent in the woods exploring as a child. He graduated from Hampden Academy in 2009. The following year, he attended Eastern Maine Community College with a major in Business Management. Although he didn’t finish his degree, he acquired many skills which are useful in a professional career including computer applications, business writing, business law and marketing, among others. Although he hasn’t yet continued his education, aside from real estate classes, his passion for learning has never dulled.
Alex has spent a great deal of time searching for a fulfilling career, in which he isn’t limited in his capacity to improve both professionally and intellectually. The capacity of most careers being limited to the position that you are given and by a superiors opinion of you. Inevitably, and with a lot of help from his peers, Alex has arrived in real estate. He became licensed in February of 2020.
Alex is also a proud father of two boys, Forrest and Silas; four years and nine months old, respectively. His passion for being a father is demonstrated in his motivation for being a successful agent. Although he may be new, he is determined to make a positive name for himself by serving every client selflessly and diligently according to each of their unique situations. He’s committed to serving the people of Maine and making sure that the biggest financial decisions of your life are handled swiftly and eloquently.

Born and raised in central Maine, Dottie is an Associate Broker and partner at North Country Properties, LLC. She began her real estate career in 2016 after Twenty-plus years as a paralegal for multiple law firms in the Bangor area. She has also been a Notary Public and Dedimus Justice for the State of Maine for the past twenty-five years and has an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement. Dottie has also been a member of the Dexter Sunrise Kiwanis Club since 2014.
Besides her professional career, Dottie has raised four children and recently became a grandmother for the second time. Although her children are all adults and living away from home, Dottie still considers herself family-oriented and loves to be involved in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives.

As the Designated Broker for North Country Properties, LLC and with over 20 years of experience in the industry, I am a seasoned professional. In addition, I am a Notary. Having sold all types of real estate in Maine, my experience is used to help ensure that buyers and sellers are offered a streamlined transaction with all the details taken care of. In addition, I provide Broker Price Opinions to local attorneys, financial institutions, and individuals for financial planning, loss mitigation and for legal matters where real estate is concerned.
As a freelance author, I have one published book and several in the works. A regular monthly column is published in a local tabloid magazine for over six years. Have been published in other magazines and newsprint, too. My areas of expertise are in real estate, horticulture and botany, futurism and general interest. I have also taught the Introduction to Real Estate class several times that is a prerequisite to obtaining a real estate license.
I am a Realtor®, and member of the Greater Bangor Board or Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors. I also hold memberships in the American Peony Society, the Maine Iris Society, am the Assistant Local Secretary for Maine Mensa, and on the Board of Directors of Dexter Sunrise Kiwanis.
